3. Experience:
- A minimum of five years in areas like operations, production, planning, maintenance, marketing, or industrial R&D within the past ten years in a large-scale metals or alloy production unit.
Salary and Pay Scale
The pay scale for this position is Rs. 160,000 – 290,000 (IDA), with additional allowances as per company policies.
