Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy General Manager: Membership of ICSI, 3 years’ experience in a company listed on NSE/BSE.
• Deputy Manager (Survey): Bachelor’s in Mining/Civil Engineering + Surveyor’s Certificate OR M.Tech (Geomatics).
• Deputy Manager (R&D): Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering OR Post-graduate in Chemistry.
• Assistant Manager (Official Language): Master’s degree in Hindi/English with proficiency in both languages.
• Management Trainee (HR): Full-time Post Graduation in HR/Personnel (60% marks).
• Management Trainee (Finance): CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) (60% marks).
• Management Trainee (Law): Bachelor’s degree in Law (60% marks).
• Management Trainee (M&C): Postgraduate in Materials (60% marks).

Salary Details

• Deputy General Manager: ₹1,00,000 – 2,60,000
• Deputy Manager: ₹50,000 – 1,60,000
• Assistant Manager/Management Trainee: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000

Selection Process Details

• Deputy General Manager & Deputy Manager: Based on Personal Interview (100% weightage).

  • Computer Based Test (CBT) (80% for Assistant Manager, 70% for Management Trainee)
  • Personal Interview (20% for Assistant Manager, 30% for Management Trainee)

Training Duration

• Management Trainees will undergo training and must serve a minimum period of 3 years after joining, as per the Service Agreement Bond.
